Customer Service
Answer phones, assist customers with equipment selection, write & enter orders into QuickBooks software. These are seasonal positions, most start in May/June one opening immediately, FT & PT positions available. FT employees must be able to work 40 hours a week during the summer months (June-July) with occasional overtime, requires weekend and holidays. PT employees need to work at least 3 days a week, weekends, and holidays.
Minimum requirements
Must be punctual, speak clearly, have ability to learn new processes quickly, legible handwriting, honesty & willingness to help customers with their needs. Representative must have capability to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude with customers and co-workers. Must pass background screening, drug test & provide references. High school seniors and college students welcome.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
