Develop and execute local strategies that increase customer engagement and relationship deepening within the context of market conditions, opportunities and risks.Translate customer-driven area strategy into actionable tactics and drive teams to execute on area strategy to improve sales, productivity, proficiency and the overall competitive position in the market.Develop and leverage relationships with key partners to drive integrated business results.Ensure execution and sustainment of key controls and risk oversight.Manage and develop Banking Center Managers, including assessing talent based on ability to deliver a new sales oriented culture.Attract, retain and develop talent to increase bench strength, improve productivity, proficiency and overall competitive position in the individual performance through appropriate retention practices, targeted coaching and established performance management standards.Drive greater ownership and personal accountability for business results among Banking Center leaders.
### Qualifications
Required Skills:
1-2+ years senior level multi-unit retail management or regional/market banking management experience with a large span of control (min 75 associates from mid-level management)
Proven, strong results in areas of sales, service, leadership and associate retention in a customer-centric environment
Ability to work in a multi-task environment, managing multiple priorities while delivering results
Foster effective teamwork and think strategically, as well as tactically while continually seeking sales, service, and operations delivery efficiencies
High-potential/high-performing leader with demonstrated management, coaching and associate development skills
Strong verbal/written/presentation communication skills along with excellent computer literacy skills
Good organizational skills.
Strong financial acumen.
College degree preferred.
Travel may be required up to 50%

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
