This position will provide efficient and friendly service to all Resort guests.
The Guest Services Associate is responsible for the prompt and friendly check-in and check-out of our guests.
The Guest Services Associate is the first impression of the Resort and will help to create a unique and unforgettable experience for our guests.
Interested individuals must have excellent communication skills - both verbal and written, excellent organization and time management skills, and strong attention to detail.
The ideal candidate must have the ability to read, speak, write, and understand English.
This job requires an individual that can multi-task in a high paced environment and remain calm and professional at all times.
Proficiency in Microsoft applications, a high school diploma and Customer Service experience are required.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
