We are looking for a responsible, business-minded, and hard-working individual to join our fast-paced office environment as a full-time Office Manager (to start in the Summer of 2024).
The ideal candidate would have experience with social media and marketting, drive to increase revenue, and able to think outside the box.
We offer one hour, guided, western-style trail rides through the Sea Pines Forest Preserve, horse-drawn carriage rides, pony rides for children, a small animal farm, and a farm-themed gift store.
The Office Manager is responsible for:
answering phones booking reservations guest check-in ordering of merchandise, inventory and retail stocking manning the register scheduling office staff appropriately maintaining files compliance (ensuring employees and operations comply with Policy Procedure Manual and other regulations) sending and responding to emails Office staff must have good judgment, exceptional customer service skills, good time-management skills, be honest, trustworthy, pleasant, flexible, adaptable, and quick on their feet.
A positive attitude is required.
We work on holidays and as a resort facility we are busy during the holiday periods.
All staff are required to take their vacations during the non-busy seasons.
Schedule for this position may include weekends.
