Responsibilities:
The Administrative Floater is responsible for providing personalized customer service to owners, guests, commercial clients, and service personnel in a professional and timely manner.
The Administrative Floater must be able to perform a wide range of specialized duties.
Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to, Welcoming and acknowledging all guests, owners, etc.
upon entry into the Welcome Center.
Professionally answer incoming calls, take accurate information, and efficiently answer any questions.
Maintain accurate filing and organization systems (database).
Provide support to full-time staff, as needed.
Additional duties, as needed.
Qualifications Positive attitude and a passion for fostering a harmonious work environment.
Strong work ethic and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with homeowners and guests.
Ability to collaborate and work well in a team-oriented setting.
Preferred, but not required:
Experience in administrative service.
