JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary:
The position of Data Management (DM) Manager is to lead the Data Management team in providing support for multiple departments and divisions including Guest/Owner Operations and Sales & Marketing within the company through managing data, reporting, and other tasks with accuracy.
DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Ensure short-term departmental queries, help desk tickets, and reports are completed in a timely manner while driving longer term refactoring, documentation processes and new initiatives.
Collaborates with departmental stakeholders to ensure organizational needs are identified and documented.
Determine and review departmental priorities/initiatives with Director, Information Technology for approval.
Drive SOP/Training Tutorials for Data Management team as they apply to various departments and divisions within the company.
Explore the use of data visualization and aggregation platforms (e.
g.
Tableau) to summarize findings a provide an easier mechanism for stakeholders to view and manage results.
Serves as core team member for multiple projects including supervising and providing suggestions on the initiation, planning, and execution of the Data Management (DM) department.
Position is that of a working manager with expectations below:
Report Writing - Time management skills to receive and respond to a high volume of daily requests for either creating new reports or revising existing reports.
Creation and maintenance of SQL queries, stored procedures, and tables.
Perform accurate data normalization & migration/integration.
Data Verification - Research data integrity issues when discrepancies are found.
Run various reports to self-audit data and/or work with staff in the field to correct data as appropriate to ensure accuracy.
Email Campaigns -- Assist with the creation and maintenance of email campaigns via SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
Provide administrative support and assist with projects as requested.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
Experience with and working knowledge of Relational Database Management Systems (RDMS).
Experience and working knowledge of MS SQL, SSRS, Object Oriented programming, Visual Basic, and MS Access.
Experience creating and maintaining automated delivery subscriptions.
Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment with a proven track record of delivering accurate, high quality and timely results.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel and Word with formulas/analysis (Vlookups, Pivot tables, etc.
).
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Exceptional administrative skills - High attention to detail and organization of information, accurate data entry.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Self-driven to work on individual initiatives and work well leading in a team setting.
Adaptable to changing project goals and initiatives.
Qualifications:
BS/BA/MA in computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience Project Lead / Project Management experience 3-5 years manager experience of Data Management or related department including managing a remote workforce.
Able to work in Hilton Head Corporate office at least 1 week a month.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
