Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional hospitality through education on our in-house roasted coffees.
Offer and provide samples of coffee to customers.
Accurately ring transactions.
Problem solve in the moment to help find someone the right coffee for them.
Prepare drinks, brew coffee, and support espresso bar day to day operations.
Set up, merchandise, pack and organize farmers market booth.
Must love connecting with people.
Execute tasks as directed by manager.
Create genuine conversations with customers and offer input on local spots and things to do in the area.
Help to maintain supportive, fun, and encouraging work environment.
Must be available mornings and Saturdays.
