Property Manager Candidate Must live on Hilton Head and/or Bluffton and be able to work 40
hrs per week with a rotating on-call schedule.
MUST HAVE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE Job Overview:
The Vacation Rental Property Manager is responsible for managing and maintaining vacation rental properties.
This includes managing bookings, handling guest inquiries and complaints, overseeing maintenance and cleaning schedules, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and managing rental finances.
Key
Responsibilities:
Guest Services:
Responding to guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Ensuring the property is clean and ready for guest arrivals.
Providing guests with local recommendations and ensuring they have a positive experience during their stay.
Property Maintenance:
Coordinating repairs and maintenance with service providers.
Conducting regular property inspections to identify any necessary repairs or maintenance.
Ensuring the property is up to code and compliant with local regulations.
Marketing and Advertising:
Developing and executing marketing and advertising strategies to increase bookings and revenue.
Developing relationships with local partners to promote the property and increase occupancy rates.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field preferred.
Experience in property management, preferably in the vacation rental industry.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties simultaneously.
Need to have working knowledge of Streamline and Breezeway company car will be also provided Working Conditions:
The Vacation Rental Property Manager typically works in an office environment but may also spend time on-site at the vacation rental property.
The position requires the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate guest bookings and property maintenance needs.
