You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.
We are looking for an employee that wants to do multiple jobs with multiple roles in a very diverse and exciting environment.
This position is in a very busy family owned pharmacy and is heavily customer service oriented.
Preferences include knowledge of Medical software and operation with special preference of QS/1 software specific to SystemOne and POS platforms.
PrimeCare experience is also a plus.
Also Microsoft Office is beneficial.
This position requires flexibility to work Monday - Friday with some rotating weekend shifts.
Bilingual preferred.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and complaints Provide information about the products and services Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns Document and update customer records based on interactions Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services Inventory Managment Patient Data Input Patient Data verifcation Equipment & Medication Delivery Cashiering Stocking ?
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields Ability to build rapport with clients Ability to prioritize and multitask Positive and professional demeanor Excellent written and verbal communication skills High School Diploma / GED Job Type:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
